After many years searching and acquiring land and property in UK and Europe, and having experienced the over-grown property market in certain regions of Europe, we began to see an emerging market in the beautiful and tranquil regions of the Caribbean.

We instantly recognized the need for our unique services helping to represent our clients. From property searching through to sourcing advice and managing accounts on this side of the Atlantic we offer a bespoke service.

Together with our parent company Hawkswood (Europe) Limited we have over 18 years experience of searching, acquiring, relocating, selling and developing land and property.

Our service is highly personalized, confidential and independent and we have the facility to operate fluently in a number of European languages. Our experience covers searching and relocating residential, commercial and industrial clients in the UK, France and Spain.

Working with our affiliated architectural design and planning practice in the UK has allowed us to gain even more experience with a variety of development projects. So we understand the complexities of building from scratch.
